Clutch or compression. A plugged pipe can do it too till it plugs worse.

So you've checked the clutchs and compression?
IMO 200 pounds isn't a big problem.
I suspect a roller problem but I'd check the compression.

After knowing that (water), I think that after clutch maintenance, all will be fine.

probably a wet belt, i removed my oil injection pump once and never plugged the hole, and water got into the hole where the pump goes, it was wet FOREVER lol, i figured it would dry out after a few days, but nope, had to disassemble and dry everything and clean it all. now i cover the pump hole
