remove the pegs, if they arent cut, just remove all 4 bolts (14mm) socket, remove or loosen the guard on the bottom (10mm) bolts i believe, remove clutch cover (bunch of allen head bolts) and the 2 starter bolts (8mm). then take nut off the front clutch, you may need a strap wrench to hold, i forget because i use an impact gun, and pull front clutch assembly off, you can leave the flywheel on, but check the condition of the woodruff key on the crank, and DONT loose it lol. then its just 3 phillips head screws to open the variator to access the rollers

Yes.
FYI: the washer under the nut that holds the front clutch on is a spring washer. Make sure you install in cup side toward the fixxed face.

To make sure::: When you took the nut off the front clutch, there should have been a washer under that nut. That's the spring washer.
If you don't have one, you need to get one! Without it, the clutch has ben known to loosen which causes the splines to wear out and damage your wallet.

I'll explain it this way::When installing:: Slide the variator down the crankshaft making sure the roller plate does not loose contact with the rollers and allowing them to flop.
Double and triple check to make sure the keyway is on the key.
Install the bushing (you may have to tap it in),belt (squeeze it down into the rear clutch for slack),big washer, outer fixxed face, spring washer, and nut.

Ya, they'll rattle some. But if your in question, pull it back off and make sure the rollers are in place.
