1/2 second. Let's change a motor.....LMAO
I'd think that would be tremendous for a young lad like him.
1/2 second could be many things. You could:: fine tune the motor, fine tune the clutchs, work on machine set-up including lowering the center of gravity.
That should keep you busy.

What would cause the stage2 motor to bog alittle on take-off then after about 20ft it hits hard?It will bog after a sharp turn or coming out of the barrels. How would you go by lowering the center of gravity, that would help tremendously? Thanks for your help Jack

Been into the clutchs lately?
That's where I'd start.
I'd look for some 16.5 tall tires. Most use what's called "snow hogs".

I have 16x6.5-8 snow hogs on it already.I did go in and check clutches and re-scuffed belt grab areas last night, had a little dust so I just cleaned with carb cleaner and put back together also went ahead and put in 3 new rollers.

I had re-drilled some 10in for the fronts,on my lunch break I took Bryson's rears off his and I put them on Rivers so now it has 16" snow hogs front and back.I pulled the spark plug last night and it was black and wet.Should I go down 1 size on the main jet? I did lower the needle and I think it helped throttle response.

Would you have a way to troubleshoot and find out what the problem is if I where to just send the motor to you? This thing missing on top is about to drive me and the boys absolutely NUTS!! Is there a way that it could be sucking the bowl empty? Is there a way to test magneto/pickup of the pvl?I had the coil tested and it checked out to be good.

Any suggestions on what to try next? Is their a way to check firing at a high rpm? What size pilot and main jet size should I put in the stock carb to be sort of close?

Did you not get my email? I asked questions.
See if you can find it, figure out the answers and let me know.
We'll go from there.
I prefer to fix this in emails.
