LT80 motor is hitting frame
So i just finished putting together my boys LT80 and the motor is hitting the frame on the front side. So when it's running it's loud and vibrates a lot. I'll try to attach some pics if i can figure out how.
I'm wondering if i missed a motor mount or something when putting it back together after having the motor out. Anyone have a diagram or any idea on this?
One more question, is there supposed to be an exhaust gasket where the muffler attaches to the motor?

Not enough posts.
Maybe youtube a pic.
Ok, got pics.
This is a easy one.
Look at the thing that the motor mounts to. (pic 002) See how that round lil rubber thing isn't close to the motor mount? It's way wore out. You need a cpl of those rubber things.
Part# 09320-10023 CUSHION, SWING STOP $4.50
You can get those when you order your exhaust gasket.

I was able to order these parts last week. I just found out my closest ATV parts store is not able to supply suzuki parts any longer since suzuki pulled their dealership during the bankrupcy. i guess i understood suzuki was not going to make cars any longer but i didn't know they were going through a bankrupcy. Anyway, this new parts/atv dealership i called did NOT lose their dealership so they had no problems getting the parts in. Thanks LT80 for the advice, i think this will take care of it for now.
