Thread resurrection. Well I've been running this Lt80 for a few year (eldest son claimed it) now and after the motor came back from Mr Moore it was a total different machine. I also fitted a Trinity pipe and with Mr Moores stage 2 engine and the clutches I modified myself and a few bits from Midwest this quad now screams.I was supposed to fully refurb the LT80 but just left it as it was as the kids and myself were having too much fun to tear It down. The difference between a standard quad and the stage 2 engine is like night and day. I have also just de restricted my two kids Lt50 quads. I removed piggy back pilot jet, inlet restrictor, exhaust restrictor were already removed, cut 3" from baffle, raised needle 1 clip.I left oil injection as standard. Quads ran fine after mods until they got hot then they would bog when opening throttle so I'm waiting on some bigger 70 size main jets to arrive from USA. After a bit research I figured out the part no for the bigger 70 main jet as living in the U.K. these parts are not as readily available. For anyone looking for this part it's a Mikuni small round main jet N102.221 jet size 70. I ordered a 4 pack of these jets from an American seller on U.K eBay. I will post some pics soon.

Where did you get a Trinty pipe? I DIDN'T THINK THEY MADE THEM ANYMORE.
Just sent off an other LT80 for Jacks work. Having twins in the family makes things cost twice.
