I just bought an Eton viper 90r stroke. Son rode it for a whole day and a half no issues. Tank ran low and stalled out upon stop. Filled it up and still wont stay runnin. Now it won't run unless choke is partially on. Any help would be appreciated. He is dying to ride it.

 

it sucked up some grit or some solids and started to plug up the carb/jets. pull the carb apart and clean the jets. sounds like a fuel delivery issue. check your PMs, i sent you one.

 

Thanks. This seems to have taken care of the problem. I disassembled and cleaned it tonight. It now stays running on its own. Now just need to make some fine tuning.

 

read the "sticky" in the chinese section about adjusting the carbs. there's a lot of information there that can help you.

 

Those little carbs can sick tiniest bit of sand or dirt and clog. I love buying them cheap and that's all that's wrong. The ethanol doesn't help either try running ethanol free if you have it you area.
