And now a flood occured. Get it up and running and then see how the starter/idle/etc works. Maybe you did get it going...lol

I also noticed the arrow on the new belt I installed. Well of course this thing runs opposite of how you would think. Do I need to flip the belt around? I'm guessing I should seeing they put arrows on it for a reason.
The belt will be fine as is.

I bought a used 110cc Chinese atv and the carb was shot. I search on google and found this site which I think is awesome. Great detail on the parts, pictures and all the specs you need to match the part you’re looking for.

OK so I got her running. thanks LT80 and LT Grandad. Bike fired up after I cleared out fuel from cylinder. I ordered a new starter from ebay seeing the starter is temperamental and I don't want to be stranded in the middle of glamis trying to tow a quad back.

Now my problem is clutch issues. I'll start a new thread after I do some research. It revs really high and doesn't seem to want to allow clutches to move (so it sounds) it only does about 15 mph right now and revs really high. I only have 4 rollers in front and cut rears down to 180G. Maybe I didn't put something back together right. I also didn't change the plate on the front clutch and it did have some groves in it.

It sounds like the notch in the roller plate and the key. You'll have to take it apart and see.
The key/notch has to be aligned. If you did align them, it can move durring installation of the belt/spacer/outer face. It happens.
When you're in there, spray a lil WD40 in on the starter bendix.

Ok. So I'm wondering if I should start a new thread. But here's a video of the clutches and I want to make sure they are turning the correct direction and everything else is ok.

I also took everything off and noticed that the key isn't pulled all the way forward so maybe it's a different key or wrong key? Well there is a gap and it seems that the front clutch is just barely grabbing the keyway. Any help on this thing? I also am not sure if the front clutch needs to be replaced due to the grooves or if I can leave it alone.

Can you see the gap? Gap is about 1/16"

LOL.. It's turning the correct way.
Your variator (where the rollers sit) is scrap as is the plate that covers the rollers.
The key is sticking out as much as any do. Once the front is tightened down, it don't move.
Go here for parts. Cheapest I've found.

I found the variator plate but what's the part number for the cover... Or the other part you said I needed? Thanks jack. Just didn't seem like the key way was sitting out enough.
