Default 2006 Kawasaki KFX80 clutch slip

Hello,

I was given a 2006 kawasaki kfx80 for my son and the wheels with spin and move when on a jack but once on the ground it wont move. I'm new to the wet clutch set up and not sure where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just googled it and it appears to be a re-badged Suzuki LT80, if so, no wet clutch. Take a look at the ask an expert part of Kid's Quads, someone is going into a lot of detail about fixing the variator and centrifugal clutch on an LT80 at the moment.

You're going to find a problem in the front clutch prolly, the rear will need checked also.
I'd suggest looking at a dealer parts fiche to see how it all goes.. It's transmission 1 in the fiche.
