im 14 and ride a blaster and i started when i was 11
(Mad mudder) most teens don't ride minis only if they race however i think they have no changed the rule that you can ride a blaster if your 14 or 15 it used to be 16
i'm getting a shee next year tho so that will have lots of power

my son just turned 15 in september and races a cannondale moto in the pro money class at local tracks. he is sponsored by a local cannondale dealer and nac's racing. check out the couple of pictures i have of him and the moto on the web page in my signature. it should be according to rider ability not age
