Does anyone know who has AC nerfs in stock? I'm having a hard time locating accessories for my Speed. Thanks.

Check with R & S Performance, Nac's Racing, or try AC Racing direct.

If you order from AC racing, the nerfs will cost you a little more. I ordered mine from R&S. They're a great company that will help you with ANY problems and even give you some riding tips.

Go with the Graydon prolines/easy to install/and you can keep your stock heelguards...

The graydons may be easier to install but the AC's are bigger (more room for your feet to move around) and the AC's go into the frame so they will be set stronger. The AC's aren't hard to install though... If the round part on your frame under your radiator doesn't have a cap over it and it's just aluminum, you'll need to get a 1 3/8 in. hole saw and drill that out. After that you just bolt it on and drill a couple of holes throught the nerfs and peg and bolt it on too. Not hard to do at all. They look SWEET too... almost everyone at the tracks that come to check out the dale compliment the Nerfs.

Hey Yo, Did you have to remove your stock heelguards with the A/C nerfs?

R & S doesn't have the ACs in stock, there on backorder. I've been waiting about a month.

Ryan- I already took the heal gaurds off before I bought the nerfs. They make the dale look to utilityish (word?)

Jay- I contacted AC before they even had a production set made. They told me when they would have them done but I called like two days late. They said they shipped all of them off and told me which companies and one of them were R&S. So I ordered them right away. I got one of the first 5 production pairs they made so they may look a fit a little better now. I had to use vise grips to hold the back plate against the peg because they were like 1 1/2 inches away from it
