I noticed someone could not believe the 250R could not possibly weigh 329 pounds, I have my owners manual and it's weight is listed as 328 pounds, it's a 1986. I would assume the '88 and '89 R's will weigh even less due to the aluminum swingarm for those years.

 

MY 88 Lt250R manual says 324 from the factory, in flattrack mode I bet its closer to 300, I am going to find a scale just to satisfy my own curiousity
