Blaze

Nut The dealer that I am going to buy the Blaze from is Barnhardt Honda-Suzuki by Waynesburg (Prosperity) The Head mechanic races a moto and is very knowledgeable. This dealer is 45 min away - I have 2 closer dealers. 1 in Belle Vernon (Angel Cycle) 10 min away and 1 in Washington that is 30 min away (Sweet Commotion) They are the one with the demo for 9400. I just went to Barnhardts today and they said 9250 + sales tax for a brand spankin new one!!! and they also said that there are no warranties on a Blaze or Moto since they are race quads. They said that they have no problems tho with cannondale not fixing them free of charge (the moto cracked a clutch plate and cannondale replaced free). So I am going to purchase the brand new one for cheaper than the demo.
Thanks guys for the input

I've talked to two different C-Dale dealers and they said there is no warranty for the blaze or the moto because it is a race ready bike. They also said that 2 stroke dirt bikes both 125 and 250 don't come with a warranty either because they are also considered to be race ready bikes. They did say that if there was some kind of manufacturing problem or if the bike died or fell apart instantly and there are no signs of abuse the manufacturer will "usually" step up to the plate especially if they have come across the same problem a few times. I don't know if any of this is true but it is what I was told by the Batavia and Syracuse C-Dale dealers.
