Default trans oil plug

twisted the head off of the one that came on the bike new.A little to strong for my own good. yes now I use a torque wrench. but here in lies the problem I have too different drain bolts the one that the dealership gave me to replace the one I broke is different the the one that came with the machine I will describe them both of the the one has a recess cut in the plug to hold the crush washer which I can't get a crush wash to fit it. the other one no recess the thread length is 3\8 shorter and the bolt head is 1mm smaller. I think it is the latter the shorter bolt would stop the filter from being damaged during disassembly like I have heared before.any Ideas?

I ordered mine with a washer and it came without one !! So I put on a o-ring and carry extra's. Have not had a problem in 3 oil changes and one month.
