Default Cold Weather Problems

the last time i went riding, everything was fine when i put it away. went out today to do some riding in the snow, and it starts, and idles fine, but when you stab the throttle, it starts popping, backfiring, and such. I thought that it might be the fuel filter, so i changed that, no difference. the temperature outside is between 20-30F. added some dry gas after that, hope that solves it. just wondering if anyone else has had any probs like this???

thanks

Where the header connects to the engine, the nuts might be loose. Also, you better check all the electrical connectors and plugs.

It was the fuel, just as i suspected. decided to spend the 35 mins to remove the tank, drain it, and put new fuel in it, it runs like new. feeewwww
