When 5343 surfaced, there were then, and are now, many options. As the issue of establishing new trail moves along, more will surface. Why would anyone want to take the first offer?

5343 was not the way to go, little doubt in anyone's mind who fully understood the entire issue. Once the ramifications got understood, eveyone, jumped off that legislation. Definately was not good for the sport.

BB, you need to understand this, you claim 5 or 6 years into this, don't know what level you have been involved in other than what we are seeing here and a few trips to Lansing, and some appearances at public meetings. By your comments here, you have only scratched the surface of the knowledge you need to gain, to be affective.

The last conferance call we had with MMRC, 3 people on line had over 30 years legislative experiance, each. Some with 10 or more, others with a few years. Many of these people are highly connected in Lansing. Total experiance in that group went well over 200 years. All agreed we were going the right way for the benefit of the entire sport!

Everyone fully appreciate's your desire to make things better for ORV people. Let me caution you, it is possible, in your passion for improvement, you could say the wrong thing to the right person. Suddenly finding yourself being the biggest "liability" to the sport in decades.

I shut your *** down on page 5 when you STARTED making false accusations [YOU call them FACTS] of me charging 100 bucks per student and than another 25 bucks for the parent to sit in on their youths classroom. You've made other false 'FACTS' with nothing to back ANY of it up,throughout this entire topic.You tried your tough man tactics in your very first post,than armed yourself as a Lawyer, and as a last resort, you even turned to name calling. All this time,not proving even a single fact.You dont know what it means to have FACTS,you've PROVED this throught this entire topic.

I must say that I personally admire you for understanding when you've FINALLY been defeated and for deciding to leave this topic to the few guys who do know the FACTS.
