To make it easy to contact your representatives, I recommend you get in touch with the ARRA. They have it all set up to click and send a form letter to all the representatives in Congress with a click of a mouse.

Do your homework before you write and fully understand what you're talking about. Emails mean little to nothing. Form emails get tossed. You need to pick up a pen and write a letter stating specifically what you oppose and specifically why you oppose it. It must make sense to where you live. Bitching about a couple thousand acres of Wilderness in MT, when you live in MA will get very little attention.
