Guns on ATV/UTVs

Wyoming has a CFP if you want to carry concelled on your person. However you can open carry without a permit.
You are also allowed to carry (without a CFP) in your vehicle, whether it be laying on the dash, in the glove box, in the console, or tucked in the door panel.
I guess my theory is if I can do that much and be legal, why have a CFP and allow the feds to know I have any guns.

He's an open "Socialist" LOL. I used to play basketball with him down the end of our street in the 90s with a couple of other guys (Burlington, VT). Funny dude....Very accessible. Whatever you want to talk about....Pretty rare.

If I'm riding out at my ranch, I carry a bull-barreled Ruger .22 semi-auto pistol (for snakes and varmints) on a hip holster. If I'm riding out in the true wilderness (Utah's Paiute trail, etc.) I carry a Ruger .357 SP101 Revolver in my tank bag.
I don't go looking for trouble, but if it finds me I want to be prepared to protect myself and my loved ones

I'll carry my sig-sauer .380 p232 when in the mass woods, but when I'm heading into CT or RI I don't. Everyone seems to hate Mass (including me )
I have a summer residence in ME also- but I still have to apply for the permit.
I thouught NH & VT used to accept the Mass LTC, but i don't think that's the case anymore...
