Default Synthetic Oil observation

You're probably right. Most of these manufacturers are going to get bids from all the major oil companies and then take the lowest bid of course. Amsoil can't compete with price with these oil giants especially when Amsoil is using superior ingredients compared to the big guys who will use the cheapest ingredients they can get away with, it's all about profits for the shareholders!

are you using 10w30 or 10w40?

Default Synthetic Oil observation

Some of you mention using your drained synthetic in a squirt can. I can go you one better. When I drain the synthetic from my daily driver, I pour it through a coffee filter and save it to use in my plow truck.
