Trespassing
Just out of curiousity... do you tear around your property, which just happens to be next to the trailers ALOT? Not to starta fight but maybe someone's trying to tell you that they arent happy with you kicking up dust and making noise so close to their trailers. Sure you have every right to ride on your property but you must also respect others around you, neighbours included. Sure pooping on your trail is disgusting and well just plain weird but maybe its there way of send you a 'signal' that you are being a pain in their ***? LOL.... I find that theres always TWO sides to every story,,, and so far we've only heard your side.

Signs and a fence would be a good idea for starters! If you have spare time just hang out in the woods in the area and see if you can see who it is, and talk to them. If you can find out who it is, it is illegal to be on anothers property without thier permission, regardless of the reason, so local Law enforcement is an option! Thats not right rgardless of the reason why they are doing it. If they had a problem with you they should talk, not crap at you! Good luck!
I hope you have good mud guards! LOL ...........sorry I had to.
