got beat up... by a dirt bike
Was ridding my friends yz125 today and going up his drive was I gave it a little too much gas and it flipped over on me. I was wearing a helmet, thank god I was. My foot and my **** weren’t so lucky. Bike came crashing down on my foot. Some how managed to rip off both my shoes and dragged me by my feet along for the ride. Nothing like pavement. but i still like dirtbikes, crazy machines.

Another funny I saw was at Biketober fest, a group of rocket riders came cruising by with the protective boots, armor pants, armor jackets, and armor gloves all the while their helmets were strapped to the side of the bike, I was like WTF why wear all that heavy proective gear but not the (in my opinion) most important protective garment.

Well I walked away pretty good, I mean it was the post painful but I WALKED away. All I know is im not going to be grabbing a wrist full of throttle on his bike anytime soon. He was cool with it since the bike had NO damage, didn’t expect a Yamaha to hold up. Needles to say im missing out on some fun stuff tonight. As for stupid people, just the other day I saw a guy wearing all motorcycle appropriate clothes and had a helmet sitting on the back.

freind flipped his yz125 was doing a wheelie down his road (private road) so it was legal and he just gave it a little to much throttle it slipped right out he had to throw the bike in third gear he snapped the handle bars in two and was shakken up but no injurys lucky for him, but i wasnt so lucky on his dirt bike i went around a corner pretty slow because of a huge puddle and i had good shoes on and hit the throttle as i came out of the corner i was going about 5mph and it slipped right out and all my weight im about 200lbs plus the bike all on my knee it swelled like a balloon looked broken and i couldnt move it it is still bigger than my other knee 2months after and i dont think it will ever return to normal size i havent rode a dirt bike sense although i plan to sometime soon
