do any of you guys smoke cigarettes? ive been trying to quit for some time now.

yea, i hate the smell of cigarette smoke. my gma smokes.. its nasty.

 

I quit this past Feburary. It was hard, but it wasn't as hard as everyone acts like. I quit in the middle of a pack. At first I just wanted to see how long I could go, then after a couple of days, I thought "well I can't start again now".

Thing is, you'll get cravings and want to smoke real bad. But if you just don't, the craving goes away. Then after awhile, the cravings become less and less frequent.

I've never been a smoker and I dont slam the folks that do smoke,unless of course,they are 12-18 yr olds.---------WHY you may ask?????

With what we know TODAY about the risks involved with smoking,there is NO legitmate reason for ANY youth to START smoking except the little butt-heads want to THINK they are some sorta bad *** or something with cancer hanging out of their mouths.Thats it!

Its also one of my pet-peeves with an attractive chick. I dont care how FOXY a chick is,if she's got a CIG hanging from her lips----I wont take a second look at her.

i actually decided to quit smoking yesterday because my friends were pretty pissed at me because i smoked and i guess its a waste of money that i could be spending on my fourwheeler

 

Good luck buddy. The first week is the roughest. You might want to try some of those Commit lozenges. They taste like a$$, but they do help with the cravings.

 

when ever i get a craving i just ignore it, I got really good control over my body so i should be fine thanks eh good luck to you hardcoreatv
