It seems to be a common problem everywhere. One of the areas we used to ride in is now closed because some idiot (for lack of a better word) decided to drive his car through the middle of a crowd of people that were watching the dirt bikes. He hit three kids seriously injuring two and killing the third, a fourteen year old girl. Where I live the police are pretty laid back about the atvs, as long as you are not creating a scene or wrecking stuff they pretty much leave you along. I live in a very suburban area, and I was stopped while riding my hubby's R on the side of the road back home with my daughter on her Lt80. All he asked was if we were staying out of the traffics way, and good to see we were wearing helmets.
