yea he is trying to sell it for $25 in his front yard all it needs is some linkage adjst and prob some straighting

whatever is wrong with it is simple. prob bent a fork. could pop the cover off next to the shifter and look for bent parts too. may get lucky..

thats too bad cuz they are fun bikes. maybe strictly hodaka would be interested in buying it. you might try them. www.strictlyhodaka.com
he'll prob get more than 25 for it...
