I have an 86' LT250R with the stock 34 Mikuni on it. I was out testing it for the race tommorow and i noticed a hesitation at 3/4 throttle. If you hold the throttle at 3/4 it would rev up and down up and down...and so on. But it was smooth at full throttle. I have had this same setup for 6 months and and no trouble, why all of a sudden is it acting up? Please help Have race tommorow at 2:00

I also have that same problem on my little CR80, its like its hitting the powerband, but if its under the band, theres no power. it might have something to do with low gearing, im not really sure about it.

 

Just a possibility, but you may have a worn jet needle or slide. The part of the band where you're experiencing that problem suggests that. If you can locate another needle/slide you might try it.
