hey ppl i was lookin around the dyno jet website n i seen that they had a stage one jet kit for a recon 250 but they had a stage 1 & 2 for the 250 ex ? arnt they both the same jus diff looks? so shouldnt the stage two work on my recon too???? well i own a 99 250 recon n im lookin at pipes n stuff to put on it heres what i got so far for ideas to add

300 cc big bore kit wisceo
fmf megamax2 exaust with the bomb header
k & N air filter
turbocharger from a 2.5 liter van
hot cams
heavy duty clutch springs
n im lookin on how to put a manual hand clucth instead of the auto clutch anyone now how to do this i seen it done on a 250 ex in dirtwheels befor
cuttin the plastic to look racey
holeshot tires not sure what kind yet
jet kit the question above
lenghening the a arms

how old are you 12?? for 1 the setup wont work you cant make the turbo come close to even working, you have to re-sleeve the cylinder and after all that work it is gonna overheat and score the cylinders and destroy the rings everytime it runs. by a high performance machine and start working it. look into a warrior, raptor, banshee, or z400 or 400ex or something and then you will be competitive. dont think stupidly

Well have to agree with some of the ppl relplays but here's the other thing the recon motor got reworked when the 250ex came out so the 99 which you have isn't the same sorry. but hey if you got the money and the time go for it. the main difference in the 2 motors is that the head and beleive the cam and push rods and yours probley doesn;t have a oil cooler on it. good luck
