warrior jetting problems

May be wrong, but a 150 seems large to me for a warrior. Turn your gas off and hold it full thottle and see if the motor runs better as it runs out of gas. If so, go to a smaller jet.
ps - you might also try removing the airbox lid to see if that helps lean it out a little.

Before The mods on my 98 warrior I just ran a pro flow with k&n no airbox lid and cut the end off the stock exhaust and ran a 147.5 and i really think it had more power then than when i put the Pro Circuit T4 on it. but that T4 sounds sweet. oh yeah my brother and buddy both have warriors and the 150 didnt seem to work good on theirs either 147.5 is primo just need to move the needle clip up or down maybe.
