Default ITS ALIVE!! blaster 240 update

my lil blaster took its first breath today as a 240 , im still in the break in process so i havnt felt the full rath yet but it feels very potent .. thanks to all yall for the tips on my last post

im pondering my next performance mod ..any ideas

shavO i was lookn at your pics (awsome bike) but i was wondering did that 250r shock fit right in or did you have to mod it ?

The 250R shock uses a 14mm pin for the bottom mount, and the stock blaster one is only a 12mm. In order to mount it you need to drill out the swingarm mount to 14mm and use a larger bolt, I just used a 14mm bolt with a nut on the other end. The top mount slides right in with no modifications.

I've got some pics of the mounts and what I needed to do as I installed it. If you want to see them Pm me your email and I'll send them to ya bro.

And petes right, you should step up in carb size a few mm's.
