I have a Power Core IV on my 400EX. All my neighbors complain and even my parents. Is there any way i can quiet it down like repacking it or something, its almost brand new.

This is a old trick,Take out the fiber glass packing and repack the silencer with steel wool.If you can find it on a roll that's the best kind,real fine fiber,But don't over pack.Try a paint supply house,or craft shop to get it.
