Default 400ex engine specs/blueprint

I am currently rebuilding a 2001 400ex. I am installing a big bore kit, port and polishing the head and doing a valve job. I was wondering if anyone could give me a link to the specs or blueprints for the engine and trans. I would also be looking for a service manual (the specs might be in the manual). Does the cylinder need to be bored out for the 440 bore kits or is it just pressing a new sleeve in? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason

How much did you pay for your kit, installation and everything? I attend a technical college, and I think that I can get the boring done here for cheap to free. Also, how big is the file for the manual? Could you email it? I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks for the price info. About the manual, I'm not sure if you can send it in an email. I may be too big of a file. You can try to send it, by attaching the file to an email message. When you compose an email, there should be a button to attach a file. You may have to browse your computer to find the correct file. Once the file is attached, send the message. If you would like to try and send it that would be great. My email is jed5530@rit.edu. If it does not go through, could you let me know where I could get a copy? Is there a downloadable version online? I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Jason
