Default Need painting advice

I painted my 86 Yamaha Moto 4 225 today with krylon fusion after wet sanding it with 400 grit sand paper just scuffing it up pretty good. After painting it with one good coat it doesn’t seem very scratch resistant at all. Is there a clear coat I can add on top after I put a second coat?

painting plastic is different than metal. you want fine scratches not course and you need to prep with acetone to clear any contamination. after the acetone you can paint without it peeling off like you described.
