yea i was told by "Scourge" from scourge racing that dan hull built some banshees(350 stock bore) that ran 4.2's and 4.3's in 300ft drags but from what i see here at the races that is hard to believe...but he says he witnessed it and he doesnt usually lie about those things. i am thinking about getting another set of cyl. to send to him

 

I have talked to scourge (actually i don't evenknow his real name?!?!?) at the track and in the dunes, and i would believe him. Dan had a 350 up there (he sold it now to a guy that rides with an open face helmet with a set of bull horns screwed to it, you can't miss him when you see him) that was red with checker flags down the side. That is the fastest 350 that i have ever seen, period. That quad was handing out whoopings left and right to everything from other 350's to 500 strokers.

 

Scourge (jeff) highly reccommended Dan Hull to me.... I had the chance to call him this past week... Dan is a super nice guy and he knows what he is talkin about... Everyone I have talked to about him says his banshee's flat out haul @@@!

I am not calling anybody liars or anyhting but a true 350 will not run a 4.2 or anyhting close to it. The fastest I have seen is 4.5. There isnt any secret that can make that much of a difference in an engine. I do not doubt that it is fast, but it is impossible to be that fast. It would have to be on a 150lb frame with a 80lbs rider. And it still may not be that fast. I have a close friend who lied for 3 months about what his motor was, so do not beleive anybody when it comes to racing! I gaurantee he had a 10mm stroker crank!
