i saw a cr500 lawnmower at the dunes one time and it is a surprisingly easy setup they were running. i watched it smoke a few 250R's but he was having a stability problem. he said he was gonna run some banshee arms and try to find a way to rig a swingarm. lawnmower racing is fuggin awesome i hope you get the job done well and are pleased with the outcome. GOOD LUCK!!!!!AND HAPPY LAWNMOWERING!!!

he was running about 60mph in a sand drag. it was decked out with paddles and everything. awesome speed man he about flipped it though his suspension(laeger blaster arms) wasn't workin out as well as it should. all it had was a drag pipe. it was awesome.if your'e racing on a track then the suspension he had would probably work fine but it needed some more width for the high speed. he also had his seat rigged with honda civic race seats and a seatbelt. it was wild.

i was planning on leaving no suspension on the mower.mainly for road.i live in central va so there are no dunes for me to ride.my lawnmower fell through so i am in search of a lawnmower too.if it was doing 60 in the sand then it should haul on the road

it'll be wild man.i don't think you need a suspension for the road either. it should be a good turnout let me know how it ends up(pics).

Guys you have to check out the riding mower on E-bay right now. It has a 540 Yamaha snow motor in it, wheelie bars, and looks cool. Wander how fast you could mow the yard? It is in the ATV section.BuUbba
