Need to Replace the stator, but don't have the puller for the flywheel, any other tricks to get it off?

You have to have some kind of puller to screw into the three 8mm bolt holes of the flywheel and to put pressure on the crank shaft end without any damage. A steering wheel puller, harmonic balancer puller or some type of adjustable 3 position puller is needed! Don't use a jaw type puller to try to pull the flywheel! They are pretty close to being one in the same type puller. Steering Wheel Puller Set
