still overheating polaris 700 efi 06

Default still overheating polaris 700 efi 06

opt i jacked front end removed cap and cycled through 4 or 5 fan cycles fluid really didnt drop more than 1 1/2 in sqeesed hoses multipal times hoses r pretty hot . i topped of f rad & overflow bottle. took vit for a ride & started bubbling with in 5min. the rad cap is .09 and it seems to come off pretty easily need help thanks for any help bulldog777

What are you referring to radiator cap as .09?

that was the #on the cap stamped on the grip

Yes that's kilogram to psi(13 psi equivalent) That's the first thing I'd do now is to replace the cap. Any auto supply will have the 13 psi cap. That could be the problem if it's not sealing properly and coolant is purging from the recovery tank.
