Working on a 2005 Scrambler 500. Last year I replaced the Sure Power Module after it went bad. Symptoms were cooling fan running with key off until the battery went dead. Fast forward to today. My friend said he heard a loud pop from the quad. The next day it would not start. He dropped it off where I found the battery completely drained again. After installing a new battery the cooling fan was running with the key off = Sure Power Module fried again.
Has anyone here had the same problem? I have another module on hand but really don't want to install it until I figure out what is taking them out.
