Polaris Outlaw 90 Fuse Issue
I have an Outlaw 90 that blows the primary 7 amp fuse when the ignition switch is turned off or if the kill switch is turned off. It runs great when fuse is replaced, does not blow upon replacement or during starting and running. Feeling a little dumb here anyone have this happen? Any clue where to look?

Don't feel dumb,I don't remember ever having that happen on any of the little ones I worked on either. Just off the top of my head I would say check the wires from the ignition switch, safety kill switch,to see if you've got any wiring shorts, plus something sounds like its surging back when you kill it, popping the fuse? Her's a link to down load the manual on the 4 stroke 50 and 90. Think I might look at it too on the wiring diagram.PartShark.com - Motorcycle Parts, ATV Parts, UTV Parts, PWC Parts, Powersports Apparel, Motorcycle Accessories for OEM and Aftermarket. OPT

Thanks for the input and link, I asked them for the manual and am waiting to hear back, the one I found listed was for the larger machines, still working on catching up with technology and the internet so I may not have found the manual on it at that link, so I asked them for it, will see what happens next.
