Default Polaris Ranger Problemes

I have a 2011 Polaris Ranger 400 and when i start it for the first time during the day it takes a while and i usually have to give it gas while i start it, only for the first time after that it starts up fine. I don't think it should do this since we got it brand new 2 years ago, i just did a tune-up on it and we only take it on rides up the street. Please help?

Being a carb machine and not efi you may have to give it a little gas until it warms up.Every machine is different. You can check the basics, good seal to the intake boot, air box secure, etc. Since you've had it serviced, would seem like they would have noticed any major problem. If you just ride up and down the street,I'd take it out to where you can open it up and blow any cob webs out of it.May make a difference. Sometimes machines that are pampered or not ridden that much have the most problems.
