I recently purchased new tires for my 1993 250 Trail Boss - Bearclaws for the rear and Carlile 4-max on the front. The bearclaws are GREAT but the Carlisles SUCK. I am asking for recomendations for front replacements. Possibly Holeshots or Titan 489s???????? Please include experiences with recomended tires.

I've had good luck in dry conditions with the stock 489 Titans, they've given good traction when they're in contact with the ground....

I still have the 489's on my quad. I love the traction they give. But they do tend to roll over in hard turns a bit.

I put GBC dirt Devils on the front of my 1996 300Express.. so far they work great.. just you better not want to stay clean, they do what they're made for.. MUDDIN.. I strongly recommend these tires for 2 Reasons:

1. They are six ply
2. They are cheaper than any other mud tire and so far, just as good!
