I was wanting to know if an aggressive clutch was supposed to make a whining noise when letting off of the accelerator. It sounded fine until I put the new secondary spring in and then it started making noises. Just wondering if I didnt get it in correctly.

 

It could be the clutch. It could also be the belt installed incorrectly or the clutch hitting the cover, or the clutches out of alignment.
