Default Scrambler 500 Carb jets

I ordered the HPD powermaxcx exhaust and have almost got the quad torn apart. Can someone send me a scanned pic of a manual for hte carb on the thing? In the tight jumble of hoses and such, I want to make sure I am opening it up correctly without making a nightmare for myself.

I especially need to see where the jet location is and the idle and mixture screws, if any.

Thanks guys!

OK guys. Nobody replied. I got the jets. The HPD instructions state the pilot fuel screw must be turn 3 turns from lightly seated. Which screw is that? The allen head screw or the one one the cable with the philips head?

Here is a parts explosion for your carb. #32 is your fuel screw. #48 is your main jet. #36 is your pilot jet. #42 is your idle adjustment screw. Hope this helps.

That is the little inset brass flat head, correct?

It is the #32 like NC stated. I believe it is a flat head. I definately know that it is not a allen head. You may have to drill out a brass plug though, although mine was already drilled out. The main jet is under the drain plug. Once you get is all back together, it may take some starting fluid to get her to fire up. I know it did for me. If you run into any more troubles just ask. I went through all this last year.

Thank you for the reply. I definitely did not see anything to drill out. I found an inset brass flathead screw about 1/8" wide and sunk in the carb body about 1/4". It was already turned 4 screws out from lightly seated. Is this consistant with your findings?
