Default Trailboss vs Trailblazer?

a trailblazer will beat a trail boss off the line but not overall. overall they are almost even. there are more mods for the trailblazer.

NCScrambler, I agree with you. I was at the MX track the other day. They allow the big bore 4 strokes to run with the smaller bore 2's to keep it fair with the horse power to weight ratio.

The original topic did change, but why start a new one? Seems like people like the chatter or else they wouldn't read it.

I have a 330 Trail Boss and it kicks @ss. I had to jet it, vent and K&N it, pipe and spring it - now it goes. Two strokes are already regulated somewhat in Ca.. The 2's are snapier. You made a good point.

OK if the 4 stroke is so bad on the bottom end, then why is the 0-30 times of the two so much different?? .58 seconds faster for the 2 stroke to be exact. I can tell you from experience the RX-DI is no dog off the line. 1.91 0-30 and around 4 seconds 0-60 with a top speed of 70MPH. The 4 stroker doesn't even come close!!!!! And by the way, I don't ride my jet-ski at WOT all the time and neither do many of the people I know or ride with, so how can a jet ski motor be so much more different than an atv motor? Granted the jet ski will probably spend more time at the upper rpm, but to say it doesn't compare to an atv motor, I don't agree. You have to look at all the trick riders out there, they have to have that low torque to do all those tricks right?? Well, it is done by 2 strokes not 4.

My boss might as well be a blazer so in my opinion i would go for the new blazer over the 4 stroke boss. I have yet so see any modded 4stroke under 400cc even come close to modded blazers (not saying there arnt any I just havent seen it)
