Will This Clutch Fit a 99 Scrambler 500 4X4?

I think that you would have to get an EBS secondary clutch too. Any other non EBS clutch would work but if you have the EBS primary you need the EBS secondary. Someone correct me if Im wrong. What happened? Do you need a new Primary clutch?

As far as I knew there were just EBS and Non EBS clutches. I thought that they were all interchangable, just require different weights and springs. Maybe someone will stop by and clear this up

I think BigBad is correct. Any non-EBS should be interchangeable. I would also agree with him that there is something else wrong if you're going through clutches like that.

I agree with both of you also. All non-ebs clutches and components are interchangeable and all ebs clutches and components are interchangeable. Now one clutch from one machine may be set up differently than your madel, but a spring and weight change should be all it takes to make it work. Read the post titled "01 trailboss adjustment", I posted a link there for proper adjustment of the clutch. You clutch is definately adjusted incorrectly for you to be going through clutches like that.
