Default No shifting !

The engine was twisting so that the distance between the clutches was decreasing, so what the clutches looked like was once you increased RPM the primary clutch would close and just when it looked like the secondary was going to open the engine would start to twist and the secondary would not move after this ! *&@#$%$#@&* Would worn springs, buttons etc... cause something like this ? This one is new to me !! Thanks for any thoughts!!!

If the engine clutch bolt is only moving 3/16 to 1/4" do not worry, this is normal on stock motor mounts, the mounts are soft so engine can (shake)without vibrating the plastic .Did you ever look in the HPD or Hot Seat catalogs and see the performance motor mounts? They are made of stiffer rubber to keep engine aligned for better performance. There are a few companies even selling a torque arm you bolt to the motor and the frame to keep motor from twisting.(not recomended for trail riding though)Take that driven clutch apart and check those clutch buttons!!!
