1993 350 4X4
#2
I just got done doing some work on a 1993 350 4x4.It has never been touched until today.I replaced the brakes, tires, torn cv boot, chain and belt.my friend doesnt know how to take care of his stuff.I dont think he ever lubed the chain or adjusted it.It realy amazed me that the belt would out-last the tires. In my opinion its a great machine I would buy it in a second.

my uncle has a 1992 350L 4x4, it has been good up until now, it isnt getting any electrical power to the front wheel to switch it to 4 wheel drive, he said if i can fix it i can use his 60 acres to ride on when my four wheeler comes in, any help out there?

I picked one up last March for $2850. It had 311
miles, a winch, and a V-plow. It was only 5 blocks from me and was used to plow a small paved
driveway. The original tires still have the pink
and yellow factory lines on them.
It did have a problem with the gear shifter, it was very hard to shift and would pop out of gear
or just grind refusing to go in. So I asked for
help on the forum here and someone said the idle was too high. So I turned it down and the problem is mostly gone, it shifts much better. This made perfect sense to me afterward because I used to grind the gears on my Scrambler when I first got it. On a Scrambler you can't move the gear selector if the revs are too high, same for any Polaris I assume.
It rides very nice, now it's a toss up when I go,
Sportsman or Scrambler? I'm trying to get my wife to go for a ride too so I know she'll love
the '93's ride. I would recommend them to anyone,
great power! I had mine up to 55 mph and ran out of road so I know it'll go faster. Now I'm wondering if RCR has any hop up parts for it!
