Default DS650-Predator-Hopping up Scrambler

I have a Cannondale and I get through mud and sandy streams better then and with less effort then the Scrambler. Just becasue it's a 2x4 doesn't mean it cant deliver. Of course you are going to have a few limitations, look at the trail blazer, its a 2x4 and if you riding it right you get through almost all the stuf you can with a Scrambler, becasue the TB weighs less. Most people go to slow when riding through mud and water, you have to go fast and push the bike through it, otherwise it just digs right in.
Alright I agree with you that you need to hit mud and water hard, not putt through it...but how can you say your dale muds better than the 4x4 scrambler? Sure if you hit the mud going 30 miles an hour you'll make it through but if you lose your momentum you're screwed....where the scrambler just keeps on diggin. I'm not dissing the dale by any means, cannibals are great quads for what they are designed to do, but I would like to see one go the places that I take my scrambler. The low ground clearance and 2wd will slow you down in these places big time....I know I rode a warrior for a long time, which I know doesn't have as much power as your dale but all the power in the world isn't going to get you out of some places if you don't have 4wd. I got sick of getting off and pulling my quad out and knowing there were places I couldn't go cause I'd get stuck, that's why I got the scram. Sounds like you need to decide between the pred and DS tho boon....if it was me I'd go with pred, but hey that's just me.
