What is the best, cheapest slip-on pipe available? and why wont one for a 4x4 work on a 2wd?

There is no difference in pipes for 2x4 4x4... I think the white bros slip on is pretty cheap, keep this in mind though on a auto quad a pipe is not going to make a big difference without a clutch kit...

ok, thx. Im checking into this for a friend, he mainly just wants a throatier sound. I ride a KFX400, but if I get a second, it will be a 500 Scrambler 4x4, they are awesome machines.

If he just wants it for sound, then the White Bros is a good choice. I hear the sound pretty good, and it is tuneable. But he will have to put a 160 main jet in. I dont know what the people with the White Bros turn their air/fuel mixture screw to though? Maybe 3 turns out from seated? Dodgepower, where you at???? But he will see more acceleration gains from a clutch kit though

Im right here brother just a little slow

WHITE BROS. I got one and it rocks. Everyone hit on the stuff though. Make sure and at least adjust the needle jet and tell him if gonna do it to go ahead and get a clutch kit. It doesnt matter which kind or setting it will greatly improve it.

If any other questions give me a shout.

Get that kit yet BBS?

i have the fmf mega maxx on my bike and it sounds pretty good,im not sure how much power it added but i raced a stock scram and beat it by 3 lengths,we switched bikes......same results, mine was already installed when i got the bike so i dont know how much it costed and where the lady got it from,i think thats why my bike looked so new when i got it,a chick rode it(no offense)!!
