Hi!

I wounder if it is possible to change from u joint to cv joint on my sportsman 500 -98 ?

What does it costs ?

Yes, it can be done, but I'm not sure about the cost, probably two legs and one arm! LOL good luck Polcat

Not only do you have to buy the drive shafts but you have to replace the driven gear they bolt up to. Dont know what else you have to replace because it looked like to much work and money by that point.

I asked my dealer that same question, his response was "it would be cheaper to buy a new quad" ouch!!
