Has anyone had poblems with their dealers, trying to get parts, etc.Seems like around here a polaris shop will open for about a year then shut down. When you call they are blunt with no help.I hope everyone has better help than us.

I've ordered parts two different times with my dealer. Both times, parts came in when they said. Each time they called to let me know the part was in. I've been to four different dealers in my area, and found the best one. Best thing you could have done was to come on here and ask around. I grew up in Athens, so the dealers I knew are too far away for you. But if you ever move to Texas, I can definitely recommend one to you.

the dealer around here does a good job to get you the parts you need and on time too. only thing is there service is a lil on the lazy side, so i usually try to fix my quad by myself 1st

i have had problems from the place i bought my quad and they gave me $150 of free products. everything i bought at the dealer myself was fine. i got a helmet, gloves, and shock covers. the shock covers had to be ordered and they were suppose to come in a week later. ended up being like a month. and wen i drove the hour and a half to get them the back one was for a trailblazer whitch was good but the two fronts were scrambler 400 or 500 they said. so i went along wit since i didnt wanna wait another month and they are way too big!! havent been back to them since then. i got to about 5 different ones depending on which one has the part i want.
