I'm going to tackle my problem with the counter balancer next week. I cant find a service manual for a 99 sport 400. Does anyone have one for sale? If not does anyone have one they could either email pages from or fax the part with the balancer? I really need all the torque specs. Im going to purchase all the parts this weekend. If anyone has any suggestions or comments they are greatly apprieciated.
