Default recommendations on clutch kits

I just recently bought a 2004.5 sportsman 600 special and I'm wondering if it is worth the cash to stick a clutch kit in it. What are you guys running in yours for clutch kits? How much are they? whats working the best for you. thanks for your responses in advance.

I have a Heel Clicker in my wife's 2 month old 400 Sportsman and since I just took delivery of a new 500HO on Saturday, I'm ordering another for that. I am very happy with the performance I am getting from the HC clutch though I have nothing to compare it too since I have never had any other clutch kits before. Once installed, it is very easy to tailor to your riding environment and needs (15-20 minutes). Right now, for Dune riding, I have the Orange Spring in it. For rock crawling I would put the stock Polaris spring back in as that gives you great engagement right off of idle. I paid $158 and that was delivered to my door.

I think the Heel Clicker would suit both of those operations just fine. I just sent you a Private Message.

I like that! Was that a spelling oops or intentional? Bother-in-law! When I discuss my brother-in-law to my wife I refer to him as my wife's "other sister" Sometimes he just reminds me of an old lady!

ps. Because YOUR here and your Bother-in-law is NOT, I want you to have a better bike than him!!! I don't think you'll out run him as the HeelClicker won't give you MORE top end, you'll just smoke him off the line in a drag race and he probably could never close the distance. Let's see what some other Heel Clickers think.
